Joining and sending offers is free. You receive jobs from foreign homeowners, translated into Spanish, and you are paid through the platform when the job is done.

What does it cost to use Alcara Home?
Posting a request and receiving offers is free. You pay only the price of the job you book; there is no booking fee during the launch phase.
When is the professional paid?
Only after the job is done. When the professional marks the job as done, you have 72 hours to confirm or report a problem. If you do neither, the payment is released automatically.
What if the final price is higher than the estimate?
It can't be: the quote after the visit cannot exceed the top of the estimate. The only exception is a hidden problem found on site — the professional must stop and ask you first, with photos, and you can decline.
I don't speak Spanish. Is that a problem?
No. Write in English, German, Dutch or French. Your request, the offers and all messages are translated automatically, and you always see the original too.
